Susie Seiling | Fractional COO

The Director Behind the Operations.

For twenty years, I directed community theatre alongside a three-decade career managing multi-site business operations, healthcare workflows, and complex logistics. This experience spans premium white-glove service companies to high-stakes non-profits.

What I learned in the dark of those auditoriums and on those operational floors is the exact same universal truth:

You cannot successfully direct a production while you are still trying to act in every scene.

The Founder drives the vision. I orchestrate the stage they stand on.

The Structural Math of Scaling

Growth is not simply doing more of what you are currently doing. Multiplying clunky, undocumented processes by ten does not create a scalable empire. It creates a disaster ten times larger.

You simply cannot automate chaos.

I leverage Lean principles and EOS frameworks to replace operational chaos with structural math. Documentation and process design are the architectural blueprints that ensure your company doesn't collapse under the weight of its own success.

Bringing Shadow Systems into the Light

Every business has a script, but not everyone is reading from the same page. When workflows break, your team will build workarounds to survive. You will likely do the same.

These duct-tape spreadsheets and hidden private channels are shadow systems.

To achieve true scale, we drag those systems into the light, eliminate the operational friction, and standardize the process. The company must own the workflow, not just one exhausted actor.

The White-Glove Mandate & Human Orchestration

When you scale a premium service, the customer experience cannot degrade for a single second. Every client must feel like they are the only person in the room. You cannot deliver that level of care if your staff is operating in a constant state of panic.

People management is proactive operational design, not a reactive HR function.

Having great people working hard is not the same thing as having a great company culture. Correctly orchestrated background frameworks are the only things that give humans the bandwidth to look up, interact, and listen to one another.

Drawing on my directing background, we orchestrate human alignment, cast the right talent for the right script, and end the human heroics required to save the day.

Your Next Act

You bring the vision. I bring the blueprints.
Let's build an operation that scales without burning out its original crew.
